We're Looking For The Right People...

Cabinetry & Millwork Concepts is hiring an experienced Architectural Millworker to lead our millshop operations.  This is a hands-on role for a skilled woodworker with deep expertise in operating and maintaining industrial woodworking machinery.  If you’re a precision-focused craftsman who takes pride in high-quality work, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a full range of millshop equipment, including moulders, ripsaws, bandsaws, joiners, planers, wide belt and edge sanders, double-head spindle moulders, and other precision tools
  • Mill custom architectural components from raw lumber to final profiles
  • Maintain accurate dimensions and tolerances per project specifications
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and architectural details
  • Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
  • Manage material yield and support takeoff accuracy
  • Coordinate with project managers and production team to meet deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in a professional millwork or cabinet shop
  • Strong knowledge of hardwoods, sheet goods, and millwork joinery
  • Proven ability to safely operate and maintain all standard millshop machines
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of shop output
  • Familiarity with architectural and commercial woodworking a strong plus
